Diablo 3: Rise of the Necromancer DLC UX Design
I had the immense pleasure of art directing and designing the Rise of the Necromancer web experience for Diablo 3 from conception to completion. We needed to communicate visually to players how expansive this seemingly minor patch actually was.
Our primary objective was to sell the game so I wanted to engage users in a rich, story driven interactive guide to necromancy. The idea was that the more players learned about the history of the new class the more motivated they would be to purchase.
We also leveraged our considerably talented engineers to develop a fully mobile responsive site that users could use to buy from any device.
